What to know about past EEC professional certifications and PQR
Past EEC certifications
If you applied and were approved for a certification before November 2025, a copy of your certificate will be available in the portal in the future. At this time, continue to check wherever you saved your copy.
The Professional Qualifications Registry (PQR)
PQR isn't available in the portal yet. At this time, you need to continue using PQR for annual registration and other tasks you currently complete there.
How to get started
Step 1: Log in with MyMassGov
Log in to the portal with your MyMassGov account. If you don't already have a MyMassGov account, you'll need to create one.

Step 2: Create your portal profile
When you log in for the first time, you'll need to create a portal profile. We'll ask you to provide some personal and work information.
Step 3: You can now access your dashboard
Once you create your portal profile, you can access your dashboard.
Here's what you can do on your dashboard:
- Apply for or manage your EEC professional certifications
- Access the new StrongStart LMS
- Review or edit your portal profile
